Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know and we’ll be happy to find a solution. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Full-price items may be exchanged for store credit or refund. This includes made to order items. This does not include altered or custom made items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Faulty Merchandise
We pride ourselves on our workmanship. Should you receive a defective item, we will repair or replace the item where possible. If neither option is possible, you will have the choice of receiving a full refund, exchanging the item, or obtaining store credit. Please note that returns for defects will be evaluated, and goods damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.

 

Sale Goods
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

 

To Initiate a Return
To start the process please contact us at hello@juliafong.co.nz. 

Please provide the reason for your return or exchange. Once your email has been received we will be in touch to confirm the next step. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items must be returned via tracked courier. We will not be responsible for any returned items lost in transit. Kindly note that any shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item purchased was incorrect or faulty. 

Refunds will be processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) in the original payment method. Any change to exchange rates at the time of return resulting in a variation of the refunded amount is beyond our control.
